New construction from December 2023, the sun facing chalet is bright and sunny. You will find a large kitchen with lots of counters, a living room and a living room with games room, 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with heated floors for your comfort. Everything is designed so that you have a pleasant stay with throws, cushions. Several possibilities of ambient lighting are available to you in each room to enhance your evenings. With two outdoor terraces furnished in season, one covered and the other facing full sun, a BBQ, a fire pit with chairs, you can enjoy it both during the day and in the evening. The living room with bar area, pool table, foosball table and large TV will allow pleasant gatherings between family and friends.

I respond quickly to your requests. There is also a lockbox outside. In case of emergency, I am able to get to the site in 30 minutes.

The cottage is located in Mont-Blanc on the Royal Laurentien Golf Estate. **You have free access to a beach, a swimming pool and paddling pool for children, a tennis and volleyball court, play structures for children, an outdoor skating rink and snowshoe trails in winter and a “Petit Train du Nord” bike path for bicycles in summer and snowmobiles in winter. Possibility to rent kayaks, pedal boats, bicycles and snowmobiles directly on the site. The chalet is also located a few minutes from Mont-Blanc and 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant for skiing and snowboarding. There are also several outdoor activities for the whole family such as Tyroparc, Sentier des Cîmes (observation tower) and casinos for adults. **Note that these items are available on the golf course. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.
3.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.
4.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
