1. Payment Policy

1.1 Reservation Deposit

30% of the rental cost is required to book the rental dates. The reservation deposit is the amount to be paid by the renter upon reservation of the chalet. This step allows you to lock the rental dates to your exclusive reservation.

1.2 Balance

The remaining balance, 70% of the rental cost, must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.

Note: If your reservation is made within 30 days, the full amount of the reservation as well as the security deposit will be required at the time of reservation.

1.3 Security Deposit

A minimum security deposit of $500 will be held on your credit card in case of breakage or damage. Before your arrival, you will receive a security deposit request for the amount specified at the time of your reservation. Make sure to complete the requested information within 48 hours of receiving the email. In case of minor breakage, an amount equal to the value of the breakage or damage will be charged if necessary. The deposit may be higher than the amount mentioned above if requested by the owner.

2. Modification and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Modifying a Reservation

It may happen that your plans change, we are aware of this and that is why we allow modification of a reservation within 30 days before the rental date.

3. Breakage and Damage Policy

4. Occupancy Policy

The renter must leave the premises in the same condition as at arrival. Additional cleaning fees as well as spa maintenance fees may be charged if the cleanliness and usage instructions are not respected.

Smoking inside a chalet is strictly prohibited. In case of reasonable doubt, the security deposit will be fully retained and returned to the owner as damages.
