This magnificent house is a place for relaxation and peace. Thank you for treating our house as your own and for respecting its environment. Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace at will. High-end Napoleon 4 seasons barbecue on the gas line. 400 lbs propane barbecue. There is an indoor gas fireplace. Keurig and Nespresso Vertuoline coffee machine, bring the large Nespresso capsules, toaster, fondue pan, raclette pan, games included and more. The cottage contains 3 bedrooms with 3 beds for 6 people. We can facilitate the reception of two additional people by adding a double sofa bed, located in the reception room on the ground floor at an additional cost ($35/night/pers.) for a maximum of 8 people. As I really like cooking, I leave spices, olive oil and other basic foods on the spot. A catalog will be on the kitchen counter. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
