Your accomodation
The Manoir is located on a promontory close to the famous mill and overlooks a picturesque valley. Its architecture is both modern and inspired by the style of New France with its sloping roof, dormers, chimneys and magnificent stone walls. The interior, decorated with 'slow design', is composed of works by local artisans and incorporates wood from the surrounding land. You will admire the paintings, murals and metal finishes that enhance the furniture and pay tribute to the rich history of Quebec. The curtains, throws and bedspreads, are made by a local company. The panoramic view can be admired through the large windows as well as from the large private terrace where you can observe the starry sky in complete tranquility. The surrounding nature is conducive to the observation of deer and other small wild animals. Le Baluchon's reception, restaurants and bakery are only a few minutes' walk away. The pools, the hot tub and the exercise room are about ten minutes away on foot (take the opportunity to take the boardwalk along the Rivière du Loup) or a few minutes by car, in the SPA Le Baluchon building. The Manoir is the perfect place for a group stay, whether with family, friends or colleagues. It can accommodate up to 26 people with its 6 bedrooms and 13 comfortable beds. Five private rooms include two large or extra-large beds, a bathroom with shower (the bedroom upstairs also has a bath), a work area, a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, a television and a telephone. A sixth bedroom is a multi-functional room. Equipped like the other rooms with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, television and telephone, it has a bathroom with shower and three large retractable beds. It can therefore be transformed into a meeting room or game room. The spacious and practical common areas are designed for pleasant meals and evenings with several people. Open concept, the large fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, microwave oven, cookware, dishes, three fondue stoves, filter coffee maker) is extended by a dining area with counter and a very long table. Next door, the lounge area includes sofas, armchairs, a gas fireplace and a television. Common areas also include a powder room and a washer/dryer. The huge natural stone terrace makes a big impression! It is a privileged place for sharing as well as relaxing in the open air, where evenings will be enhanced by the flames of the wood fireplace. You can also cook on the barbecue. The site and the activities: - Parking is free throughout the site. - Eight parking spaces are provided near the Manoir for exclusive use by guests. - Electric charging stations (free) are located in the reception parking lot (P3) and in the parking lot in front of the laundry room (P5), a few minutes' walk from the Manoir. Renting accommodation at Baluchon Éco-villégiature means having access to its 1000 acres of nature and an exceptional playground for outdoor activities. The territory of Baluchon is crossed by the magnificent Rivière du Loup, littered with waterfalls, and the Trembles Falls. When the water level allows it, it is very pleasant to swim with your feet in the river along the trails (ask at reception). Numerous activities, great and varied, are included with the stay: hiking, canoeing and kayaking, mountain biking, archery, petanque, horseshoe, tennis and volleyball, snowshoeing, ice skating, ice skating, cross-country skiing, tubing. The necessary equipment is loaned to you free of charge. Also available on the site for a fee: - Access to the thermal experience (hot baths, cold baths, baths, sauna, rest areas) is included with any reservation at the health SPA (massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, body treatments, body treatments, yoga class). - Horseback riding, carriage and sleigh rides, summer and winter - Dog sledding (from December to March) - Biking on snow ('fat bike') - The Eco-Café is open until 9 pm and serves a gourmet lunch from 7 am to 10 am. - Winner of numerous awards and accolades, the dining room serves a gourmet dinner starting at 5:30pm. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.
4.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
