The cottage N.-E. Chic Shack is a modern chalet that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the banks of the Shawinigan River, in the Mauricie region in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc. This cottage is easily accessible, even for small cars, as it is located on the side of the road. Ideal for stays as a family, as a couple or with friends. The mezzanine has three queen beds in an open space, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed is in the basement. Built in 2020, this modern chalet has a rustic look with wooden beams! Each item has been chosen with care for the concern of our customers, the kitchen is equipped for great cooking!!!! IMPORTANT: The basement ceiling (the bathroom is there) is not yet finished *** new bedroom now closed in the basement with soundproof ceiling. Before or after a day outside, what better way to relax than in the spa, which is functional in 4 seasons! Teleworking is pleasant there with the magnificent setting to contemplate the Internet at a good speed and efficiency! Automatic generator on site for peace of mind in the event of a power outage. The chalet remains autonomous so no worries during your stay! No neighbours in the back, perfect for privacy. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, snowmobile or ATV trails, an alpine ski hill are located a few minutes from the cottage. A convenience store, a grocery store and an SAQ are less than 8 km from the chalet. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
