Beautiful cottage with access to Petit Lac Long The refined interior decor and the large windows provide real contact with nature. The slow-burning fireplace and heated floors ensure unequal comfort in the colder season or at nightfall. In addition, its open area layout is ideal for enjoying good times with friends or family. The chalet CAN ACCOMMODATE up to 13 PEOPLE or smaller groups in great comfort. The living area is well equipped for groups. The dining room contains a large solid wood table for 14 people, there are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. In addition, the 400 square foot covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outside regardless of the temperature. For more entertainment, there is on site, a soccer table, television, cable, DVD, wifi, portable sound system. Outside, there is a bonfire area with relaxing chairs. And on the site, enjoy our outdoor micro base, including a children's park with swings and a huge square of sand, walking trails, as well as the PRIVATE BEACH, shared with our Berges du Sommet chalets, giving access to the lake for swimming or water sports, kayaks and rowing boards, included on site. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
