Chalet surrounded by beautiful nature This luxurious chalet, thanks to its windows and a large open living space, offers you a breathtaking view of the forest. The chalet is spacious, with several relaxation rooms and can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. It is fully furnished and nicely decorated. To offer you a warm, luxurious and comfortable stay, it is equipped with a gas fireplace, a spa, a children's lounge with TV and table hockey. Hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are accessible directly from the chalet. The Morin Heights downhill ski mountain is a few minutes away and in summer you can go to Lake Saint François Xavier which is about 20 minutes from the property. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
