In a modern and minimalist decor, Spahaus-13 is a bright family chalet offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A short walk (400m) will take you to the edge of the magnificent Lac-Supérieur. The rental of the Spahaus includes exclusive access to the Club de La Pointe and all the activities there: - Tennis - Volleyball - Gym - Kayak, SUP, pedal boat.. - Children's club: table football, airhockey, ping pong - Heated pool in season (July to September) The chalet can accommodate: - 6 people with children (MAX. 4 adults - 4 Club accesses included) - Pets allowed (dogs only) - Spa Private jacuzzi, terrace and barbecue Location by car: - 75 min. from Montreal - 7 min. from the North Side - 20 min. from the old village of Mont-Tremblant - 15 min. from Mont-Blanc/P'tit train du Nord

Your accomodation
CDN Large open space with dining table and lounge as well as an inviting alcove near the wood stove. This space can be used as an additional queen bed on request - notice 48 hours prior to arrival. Fully equipped kitchen with large island and pantry. Shower room, closed cloakroom and closet with washer-dryer complete the space. Access to the terrace and the spa. FLOOR Bedroom 1 with queen bed, walk-in closet, tv and work desk. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Storage chest Bathroom with shower. All towels and hygiene products are provided.

Your availabilities
Private domain of Fraternité-sur-Lac. With your reservation, you have exclusive access to the Club de la Pointe and all the activities offered free of charge: - Swimming (floating decks), kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding - VFI provided on site - Heated saltwater pool (July to September) - Tennis courts (2): rackets and balls provided - Volleyball and badminton courts - Mini gym - Children's club: table football, table tennis and air hockey 2 parking spaces in front of the house (look for identification signs 13/93)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
