Listra is a 1,439 sq.ft. chalet on 2 floors and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is comfortable and bright with new and modern furniture. 8 people can sleep comfortably. The design and layout were inspired by Designer Rachelle Design. At the heart of the house is an open plan living room that connects to a dining room and kitchen. This beautifully appointed living room is framed by sliding glass double doors. A sectional sofa is located in front of a gas fireplace and a smart TV. Between the fully equipped kitchen and the living room is a dining area with a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is very well designed and has all the new high-end stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. This room has double glass doors that lead directly to the outdoor terrace. The main bathroom has a rain shower. Also on the ground floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a bath/shower combination. Rooms three and four are located on the second floor. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms share the third bathroom which has a rain shower. From the living room, you can access the outdoor terrace through two sliding glass doors. At one end of the patio, there is a sitting area with an upholstered sectional sofa. At the other end is a barbecue, table, and 6 chairs, perfect for eating outside. On the side of the house is a private spa with a beautiful outdoor fireplace bordered by a stone relaxation area.
