It only takes 30 seconds on foot to get to the fabulous municipal beach of Brébeuf, the paradisiacal site! Since this cottage is directly on the banks of the Red River, there is no more perfect location! Come and enjoy this magnificent modern cottage with all the amenities to enjoy nature, the river and luxury! The accommodation The River'N'Beach is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with bar and billiards, beach, watercraft, and even more! It can accommodate up to 8 travelers comfortably! The Red River, which is suitable for nautical hikes such as pedal boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply air tubing, is located directly in front of the chalet! Passenger access You will have access to the entire chalet including the outdoor fire area, the spa, and the beach! Other things to note Water sports (kayak, paddle board, pedal boat or simply relaxing in the water) all available on site and 100% included with your stay!

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
