Spacious cottage located in the middle of the forest and at the edge of the water. Access to a private dock (see note) ** overlooking a small peaceful oasis without vis-à-vis. Covered terrace with jacuzzi. Home theater with projector. Ideal for couples looking for a moment of tranquility and rejuvenation. The cottage is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails, in the middle of beautiful mountain landscapes. The village of Ste-Émélie-de-l'Énergie and its services are 15 minutes away by car. The village of Sainte-Émilie-de-l'Énergie is located at the entrance of an ancient glacial valley where the fiery Black River flows. Here begins one of the branches of the Matawinie trail, crisscrossing the heights of a forest that seems limitless. The nearest outfitters to Montreal are located here. Municipal beach, national trail, Lac Kaël walking trail and snowmobile trails are available to you. To admire a new panorama, take the Rang de la Seigneurie which leads you from Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie to Saint-Jean-de-Matha. **Dock available in season, validate before booking. **Access to the lake from the cottage is closed between October 20 and June 1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
