Other information
The M resort & Spa is 5 minutes from the Parc des Chutes. This park, with an area of 305 hectares, straddles three municipalities: Saint-Jean-de-Matha, Sainte-Béatrix and Sainte-Mélanie. The Noire and L'Assomption rivers meander through it. Some trails run along the latter, which can be crossed thanks to three footbridges, the longest of which is 52 m. By walking the various trails (more than 23 km of trails), we will crisscross a diversified forest containing ancient trees. In addition to the Monte-à-Peine Falls, Les Dalles and Desjardins Falls, we will see streams, waterfalls and a canyon. You can also take a nature interpretation trail. We will have varied points of view thanks to six belvederes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.
3.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.
4.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
