Accommodating up to 8 people very comfortably, everything is there for your well-being: indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace, spa, BBQ, Bluetooth speaker, WIFI, smart TV, foosball table, washer & dryer as well as TWO baby playpens. This cottage will meet your needs, whether you want to relax or participate in one of the many activities available nearby: - The Val Saint-Côme ski resort (2.5 km). - The Chute-à-Bull Regional Park - Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, mountain biking and mountain biking trails - Super Slides of Saint-Jean-De-Matha - Ouareau Forest Regional Park - Ski Garceau and Ski La Réserve - Saint-Jean-de-Matha Golf Club
According to the regulations established by the municipality of Saint-Côme, it is forbidden to use fireworks. At all times, occupants must stop all activities that may generate noise from 23:00 until 8:00 the next morning. Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or the operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to use the fireplace. Thanks for your understanding. Please note that access to Lac Bourgeois would be built during summer 2023 - date to be confirmed.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
