Modern rustic style cottage, cathedral ceiling, large windows. Two closed bedrooms, 7-foot wide shower with double plumbing. Heated floor for better comfort, air conditioning in summer. Pets allowed: small to medium-sized dogs (18 kg/40lbs max) accepted. Chat accepted IT IS THE LANDLORD'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DECLARE THE ENTRY OF A CAT OR DOG INTO THE UNIT. * Conditions apply concerning animals - any breakage or furniture damaged by them will be charged to the tenant. We ask you to clean the excess hair in the cottage, or else you will be charged an extra charge for cleaning (this extra is calculated according to the additional time that the cleaning required compared to an ordinary cleaning). You must collect the faeces of your animals, even outside. If outdoor maintenance must be done as a result of non-compliance with this regulation, you will be charged an extra charge. Note that the earthworks are not finished, in case of rain the surroundings are very muddy. Clean your pet thoroughly when it comes back inside. Animals with claws are not allowed on sofas and kitchen benches. They are made of genuine leather and any breakage will be charged to you. For the health and safety of your animals, it is forbidden to bring them into the spa. Thanks for your understanding.
