The chalet is 5 minutes from the Val Saint-Côme ski resort, 15 minutes by car from the village of St-Côme and its services (SAQ, gas station, convenience store, grocery store, grocery store, bakery, bakery, bakery, pharmacy, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.). You will find an abundance of activities to do in nature, regardless of the season. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
