This magnificent rustic and at the same time very modern cottage, on a wooded lot of 37,000 square feet, only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Montreal. Very peaceful location with no neighbours nearby. Access to the Ouareau River and having a small municipal beach 5 minutes from the cottage.
This chalet offers tranquility that can accommodate up to 20 people very comfortably.
On the garden level you will find 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds and a full bathroom, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room on the garden level. To make your stay more pleasant, you will find a living room equipped with a relaxation area with smart television, a pool table and table soccer, all on a heated concrete floor.
The open concept ground floor level, a living room surrounded by huge windows and offering a splendid view of the outdoor nature.
A very functional kitchen with a huge Quartz island that can easily accommodate several guests. All household appliances are top of the line and made of stainless steel. You will also find a very large master bedroom with double bed communicating with a full bathroom. You will be delighted by the large shower equipped with three rain heads. An office for teleworking is also available.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with two double rosewood beds with reading area and huge wardrobes. A warm contemporary bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom with multi-jet shower. You will also find a mezzanine equipped with a reclining El-Ran sofa with a breathtaking view of nature thanks to the large windows of the chalet, with a double sofa bed.
The outdoor layout offers you a large balcony equipped with a gas barbecue (included). You will be charmed by the peaceful and relaxing aspect from the top of this balcony as well as the sunny section.
At the garden level, you can benefit from a very large therapeutic SPA that can accommodate 8 people and which will certainly contribute to your relaxation; it is protected by a shelter in case of bad weather. In addition, an arrangement is at your disposal in order to relax peacefully around a fire while enjoying marshmallows.
An electric charging station is located in the parking lot for electric cars.
You only have to bring your food as everything is provided; bedding, sheets, sheets, pans, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and washer dryer.
Please note that all our mattresses are equipped with a set of anti-bug covers for peace of mind!

Not to be overlooked, you can take advantage of a real large Provigo market to make your food purchases as well as an SAQ, all 20 minutes from the chalet. A convenience store just 5 minutes away is also very convenient.
