The chalet is located in Mansonville. There you will find an excellent bakery with bread, croissants, pastries and dishes cooked on site, as well as a roaster where excellent coffees are prepared. There is also a grocery store/SAQ, a pharmacy, a convenience store with gas station, a Polish deli, a restaurant-pub, a hardware store and a snack shop (in summer). There is also the Missisquoi-Nord Municipal Park (children's games; petanque, tennis, pickleball and soccer fields; deck hockey area, water games and access to hiking trails). Owl's Head Mountain (skiing and hiking); Owl's Head Golf; canoe, kayak, and paddle board rental centers; a beach; agri-tourism sites, and numerous walking trails are also nearby.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
