The chalet opens onto a large open area with cathedral ceiling including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with wood fireplace (wood provided). This very fenestrated open area offers an exceptional view of the river at all hours of the day. The kitchen is very well equipped to meet the majority of needs (complete cookware, various utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and espresso), cutlery for 12 people, fondue and raclette stove, etc.). Basic condiments are provided (salt, pepper, oil, oil, vinegar and some spices) as well as cleaning products for the start of the stay (sanitary paper, paper towels, tissue paper, tissue, soap, soap, dishwasher capsule, etc.). Adjoining the dining room, an outdoor room, equipped with mosquito nets and garden furniture, also contains a propane BBQ available all year round. The ground floor (basement with full-size French windows and views of the river) includes a TV lounge with billiards, table football, Air Hockey Table and an electric fireplace. The game room also provides access to a large outdoor spa. To sleep, the cottage includes: • 4 very comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, including 1 on the mezzanine • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a baby bed • 4 bathrooms with Italian shower and towel warmers, including 2 private ones for the main bedroom on the ground floor and the one on the mezzanine. The main bath bedroom on the ground floor is also equipped with a bath. Bedding and towels are provided for all rooms. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
