Le Petit Madrier est un chalet compact sur pilotis qui paraît flotter dans le paysage. Avec son toit débordant créant une terrasse ombragée, il maximise confort et efficacité thermique. À l’intérieur, un design minutieux offre une véritable intimité avec la nature environnante. Un lit surélevé, idéal pour un séjour contemplatif et ressourçant, permet de profiter de la vue panoramique.

The property
Conçu par l’architecte autodidacte Florent Moser, Le Petit Madrier tire son nom d’un chalet suisse appartenant à sa famille. Le projet visait à réaliser une maison aérienne dotée d’un volume central réduit par rapport à celui du toit afin de donner naissance à une terrasse continue tout autour. Le toit déborde, ombrage la terrasse et protège l’intérieur du soleil durant l’été, tout en permettant aux rayons obliques d’entrer largement en hiver et de réchauffer la maison. Le même souci du détail se retrouve dans la conception des espaces intérieurs qui offrent une expérience d'intimité avec la beauté des environs. Un lit surélevé ingénieux permet de profiter de la vue panoramique en étant allongé. Le Petit Madrier a l’étoffe des grandes découvertes. Il vous propose un séjour contemplatif et ressourçant.
