Description
Villa St-Laurent contains 3 bedrooms for 6 people. We can facilitate the reception of 4 additional people by adding certain equipment at an additional cost ($35/night/ person). A sofa bed located on the mezzanine (reading room) as well as a sofa bed on the ground floor can be added to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. As I really like cooking, I leave spices, flour, olive oil, vinegar and other basic foods on the spot. Wood is provided at will for the outdoor fireplace. There is an indoor gas fireplace.
The cottage is located in the heart of Charlevoix, close to sports and cultural activities. The cottage is very spacious. It is less than 5 km from the Casino, the beach of St Irénée and 40 minutes from the slopes of the Massif. For golf lovers, the villa is 5 km from Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Golf Club and 5 km from Amerispa. In addition, you can benefit from a $25/person discount at Amerispa when you buy treatments. You can enjoy the great outdoors since the villa is located 11 km from the Charlevoix outdoor center and 5 km from Mont Grand-Fonds. In the beautiful region of Charlevoix, fishing enthusiasts will be delighted and you can also take a whale watching excursion on the majestic St. Lawrence River and visit the Grands Jardins and Hautes-Gorges National Parks. In addition, the villa is 5 km from the snowmobile rental center.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
