Villa Jeanne, newly built in January 2021, is located in Saint-Irénée in the magnificent Charlevoix region. The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to an additional pull-down bed in the intimate yoga room, for a fee of $35/pers/night. We are excited and look forward to welcoming you.
We have put all our efforts and our passion for the art of living in order to give you a memorable experience in an intimate environment in symbiosis with nature.
This magnificent cottage is a place of relaxation and peace. We want epicurean people who love the beautiful and who will treat our home as their own. Please respect your environment and the neighborhood. Note: Loud music outside the home is unacceptable. No outside music is allowed as of 9:00 p.m. and the curfew is set at 11:00 p.m. No parties or evenings are allowed in this place.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.
4.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
