The Heart of the Beach is aptly named because their charm is inspired by the houses found in Maine and in the small villages of Cape Cod. The cottage is located in a complex of houses with vibrant colors a few steps from the sandy beach of the majestic St. Lawrence River in St-Irénée (in the Charlevoix region), which is “one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec”. Built just at the bottom of Domaine Forget, this cottage enjoys a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. Thanks to its architecture, its large gallery, its steel roof and its flamboyant pink walls in cedar shingles, this cottage has the charm of seaside villas. This refined, chic and bright chalet offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people including children (2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs). There are only two parking lots for the heart of the beach. As soon as you arrive at the chalet, you will notice the beautiful, careful and warm welcome that this house offers. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

4.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
