The row is really quiet, the decor is simply bucolic. Perfect for taking walks or biking. The Ste-Étienne River bridge is nearby, it's really pretty. It is also possible to admire the river and swim by going along the Abitibi Price road, via the trail under the Hydro lines. The fall is superb when viewed from this place, the pool at the bottom allows swimming. A short drive away, you can enjoy the Mestachibo trail that connects the village of St-Férréol to the Jean Larose Falls at the foot of Mont Ste-Anne, it's magnificent! You have a micro brasserie nearby, as well as the grocery store and the gas station.
Easily accessible by car, motorbike as well as bicycle.
The cottage was built in 2021, and significant improvements were made in 2023, both in terms of the layout of the land and the interior and exterior of the cottage.
