Your playground for a unique getaway. THE ACCOMMODATION The non-smoking pavilion offers a large open area with a wood fireplace and sofa bed as well as two closed bedrooms upstairs. The abundant windows and cathedral ceilings offer a magnificent view of the forest. A triple patio door leads to a mosquito net terrace with table, chairs, BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. The open area includes a living area with smart TV, a dining room with kitchen and central island. The pavilion was designed using principles of energy eco-performance and is part of applied research — Auvergne living laboratory - with the participation of Trempe Architecte and the Société d'habitation du Québec. Two parking spaces and an electric charging station are available. On-site activities: The wooded site extends over more than one kilometer with only two rental pavilions: La Sittelle and L'Ermine. Exclusive access to hiking and snowshoeing walks, the luminous trail and children's games. Through its wetlands, the bordering swamp and its peatland, the site itself represents a real exploration.. You can also relax at the private dock at the river, suitable for swimming and navigable for 4km (adult and child kayaks and belts available/provided). Lovers of outdoor activities all year round will be pampered by the proximity of the Portneuf Wildlife Reserve (20km), the St-Basile interpretation park (15km), the Bras du Nord valley (12km entrance) and the Duchesnay tourist resort (20km). The city of Saint-Raymond, located 10km away, offers all the basic amenities as well as numerous attractions (ski resort, peatland park, etc.).
