At the foot of Lac Simon and perched in the treetops rises the solid wood chalet Le Sime. A wonderful refuge in the heart of nature that can accommodate 12 to 18 people. In warm and cozy comfort, Le Sime offers you an extraordinary rental experience. Direct access to the Jacques-Cartier Bicycle Route and Lac Simon (beach, cross-country skiing and boat rental) Note that the cottage does not have direct access to the beach and the lake (1 km by car). The Vacance Center has admission fees. 15 minutes from the Saint-Raymond and Vallée-Bras-du-Nord Ski Center (Mountain biking and hiking) The Refuge Le Sime has unique and complete assets to allow you a memorable stay. *Note: A security camera is installed inside the entrance on the ground floor of the chalet, for safety in case of theft or violation. It is the tenant's right to cover the camera during his stay.

Your availabilities
Since the entrance to the main cottage parking lot is very steep, we STRONGLY suggest that vehicles not equipped with all-wheel drive use the parking lot at the bottom, near the path in order to avoid any complications. Being well plowed in winter, we also suggest that you be careful for all types of vehicles venturing into the main parking lot, the risk of skidding is quite high. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for accidents.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
