D-CHALET is the property of a true skiing and biking enthusiast. A former “freeskiing” professional and Olympic judge, he is also the owner of the Genetik and D-structure stores, hence the name D-Chalet. It has been carefully renovated to meet all your needs. It is located in a peaceful area just 2 minutes from Mont-Sainte-Anne, with a shuttle service (winter) in front of the chalet and a trail along the golf course to take you to the mountain. Fully equipped and with plenty of storage space for your equipment, it is the ideal place to gather family and friends as if you were at home, but at the cottage! You will have access to an ice rink, a swimming pool and a children's play park at the back of the semi-detached. In addition to relaxing near the magnificent fireplace in the main living room, you will be charmed by the abundant windows and the west-facing terrace that will allow you to fully enjoy the sun at the end of the day and the view of Mont-Sainte-Anne. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
