Fully furnished, equipped and decorated. Beautiful adjoining rustic bathroom. Country interior finish with pine boards. Air conditioner Private outdoor picnic table, access to the beach (nautical area) for the occupants of the rented unit.
Faux wood and ceramic floors, non-wired wall-mounted TV (Roku available - connect your smartphone or Apple TV). Free wifi throughout the country houses (no password required). Intimate outdoor area and view towards the lake. A Keurig coffee maker is available during your stay (capsules not included).
Canoeing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, pedalo, biking, hiking, archery, flying balloon, sightseeing, unusual trips in Rabaska with a campfire on the lake, hikes on cross-country ski trails (depending on availability) or snowshoeing, introduction to ski sailing or freestyle kite flying. In winter, moreover, you can see an impressive ravage of some five hundred deer.
The following items are not included: BBQ, fondue pan, paper towels, hand soaps. These last items are added to the list of things to bring (like shampoo, personal products, aluminum foil/plastic wrap, etc.).

Even if your dog/cat usually sleeps with you, it's not allowed in our units.
Policies to follow
At all times, dogs must be leashed on the site.
If you need to leave your pet alone in the accommodation, it should be caged so that the staff (if necessary in an emergency) can move freely and safely.
As the owner of the animal, you are financially responsible for the damage caused by the animal. Beds and sofas should not be used by your pet at any time. A fee of $25+ taxes will apply for each piece of bedding and upholstery that requires specific cleaning.
Clean up behind your animal (s), leaving no trace of its passage, neither in nor around the home.
You should limit your dog's barking at all times so as not to disturb customers.
The management reserves the right to revoke your animal's right to stay if one or more of the above policies are not respected.
